Very Poor
Firstly staff were amazing. Especially in the restaurant, reception and bar. They tried their best with a shabby out of date dirty hotel. The location was good for exploring Arles city. The packed lunch option was a good idea for exploring the area.
It was dirty, out of date and definitely not 4 star. More on par with a Campanile (in which we have never had a cleanliness problem) and is fine if you pay Campanile prices and not 4 star prices. No hair dryer in the room - they wanted a deposit to use it! Just soap in a container on the wall of the bathroom. No hair products - I went to the supermarket to purchase these. The shower flooded the whole room - this was fixed after informing them. This should be two star maximum until the place/decor and rooms are improved. The whole place shut every night at 10pm which was very strange too for a hotel lobby/bar.

I liked the advertisement and description on Booking.com
The description was dishonest. Instead of a small hotel I found a very crowded large tourist village. The rooms had a small appendix (less then 4m2) with no windows that was intended to accommodate me and my 9-year old daughter. Furthermore the property was old and smelled of mildew. There was no management on site. Only two junior receptionists who could not offer any acceptable alternative.

It was an old property, the pictures on the site didn’t look like the reality at all !! They ask to pay full amount before handling the key of the room. The staff wasn’t helpful at all. The only facility they have is the swimming pool, which was very crowded due to summer vacation. We went outside for a full day, and when we came back at night our room door was open apparently the cleaner forgot to close it after cleaning the room and the room was full of insects.
